They had my bus for almost 4 weeks to give me a quote for oil leaks. Called them and was told by Dave very rudely to take my bus back as they don't have time or wait for another 2 weeks and lied to me that they are waiting for parts. And quoted me a ridiculous price of 3600 dollars parts only for a steering rack.Absolute time wasters and overly priced and liers.Replying to your commentYou didn't tell me over the phone to book appointment first. I came and was told to book appointment which was 3rd of January 2023. And as of today 06 January you are telling me to wait another 2 weeksLet the public decide who is lier.

Our head office/ Depot is in Adelaide, South Australia & I rely heavily on CVM trucks to maintain our fleet based out of our Perth depot. Great service, always willing to help out even if they are already snowed under with work. Would recommend them to anyone requiring heavy vehicle work in or near CanningVale WA

They just want to charge $800 for an oil change and don't want to do any actual work on your vehicle. lied to me for 3 days telling me they were diagnosing fuel issue on my truck when they hadn't even touched it. wasted 1000 dollars on hire trucks while they worked on other vehicles and then sent me a bill for $800 for oil and filter change. I booked in 2 weeks in advance.edit: not a fake review you are still harassing me for the money via email. if you don't want a bad review don't treat your customers like mugs. don't take a booking if you don't have time to do the work.

Dave and the team always provide a reliable and on time service, while keeping me up to date with the progress of the job. If any unforeseen circumstances arise, they are quick to notify me and work together towards an acceptable outcome within the parameters of my budget. Would highly recommend as an alternative to the dealership outlets.

David has looked after me for 10 years or more. We had a major breakdown as we were heading out on holidays in our mobile home. We limped back to him, and he had back on the road in about 24 hours. He dropped everything to help us out... I would NEVER dream of going anywhere else.. Merry Christmas guys...

I used CVM for all my mechanical, breakdown, relocation and consulting when buying for the fleets I managed I had over 100 specialized vehicles that CVM helped me maintain. Dave And his staff are excellent. Always go above and beyond what I needed. I worked with CVM for over 10 years. I highly recommend them, if you need someone that you can trust go see Dave.

So glad we were told about CVM. We have used them twice now in a short space of time and they were very accommodating both times. They are professional, friendly, well priced and know their business. We will continue to use them from now on. When you're onto a good thing, stick with it.
